Condensation

Gas turns back into liquid and forms clouds. Molecules move slowly as they cool. Condensation makes clouds get bigger and bigger from water. Condensation happens when water vapor rises, cools down, and changes from a gas to liquid water. These drops are so small they stay in the sky and stick together to form a cloud.
